Bigprobe Immersion probes are typically used in semi-automatic or automated flaw detection systems. The work piece and the probe are immersed in water, and the "water delay" is maintained at a certain distance between the probe and the detection surface of the work piece. The probe does not directly contact with the work piece, and therefore irregular, complex geometry of the work piece or the roughened surface flaw detection becomes possible. The phased array probes own fixed angle and a fixed focus law, which makes it easy to detect a contact point that is difficult to reach in a conventional way. The probes use 1-3 piezoelectric element ,which widely improve product performance and service life. Moreover, it owns a good compatibility with other connectors, and All of our probes are designed in a stainless steel housing with a irrigation port, carbide and holes for scanner. The probe enables technicians to reduce repetitive scans and improve work efficiency, and it can be equipped with cost-effective wedges and special length cables for special detection.
High compatibility, can be compatible with phased array flaw detectors.
Acoustic impedance matched to water, suitable for work piece inspection of geometrically complex shapes.
Designed to fit onto the wedge, easy to couple to a variety of surfaces with adjustable underwater sound paths.
Single linear scan can cover distances from 30 mm to 90 mm.
High accuracy , can work normally for 24 hours under one meter of water depth.
Testing of sheets or fittings made of steel, aluminum or other materials.
The composite was tested to detect defects such as delamination and disbonding.
Large area scanning of the detected object, online thickness measurement.
Bigprobe can supply high-quality and customized probes to meet the needs of customer! Every probe has fixed angle focus law, which makes it easy to detect a contact point that is difficult to reach in a conventional way.The probe enables technicians to reduce repetitive scans and improve work efficiency, and it can be equipped with cost-effective wedges (flat or curved) and special length cables for special inspection .

Q: Can we customized our probes?
A: Sure,OEM are welcome.
Q:What's the MOQ?
A: At least 1 piece for product
Q: Can Bigprobe manufacture wedges with non-standard angles for steel and other materials?
A: Yes. The customer must specify the refracted angle desired, test material velocity, and any other important factors that may play a role in the success of the inspection. Note that, in some cases, the performance will be quoted only on a "best effort" basis. A premium will apply and/or sometimes a minimum required order quantity.
Q: What is the price of the product?
A: We will provide the best quality machines with best price.Never compromise performance for price.
Q:How long is the lead time for the product?
A:The delivery time for standard probe is usually 30 days, and for customized products, it depends on your demands of probe and technical difficulty.
